I bought this on-line having read the excellent reviews with having actually seen/played one. It really is tiny. I returned a SWR Strawberry Blond that I loved because it was too big & heavy. The sound is excellent and I realized it wasn't going to have what one would expect from a 200w amp. That was made clear in everything I read but this is barely louder than my 30w Crate. It's certainly loud enough for practice or a med sized room but it would have to be a pretty quiet coffee house to be heard in a larger venue. Sorry I didn't spring for a Roland
