There is a reason i continue to make most of my purchases from zZounds.com. They beat everyone on price, and their service is second to none. I purchased the Mackie Pro FX 22 Channel Mixer. It was listed as a factory blemished item, and i still have yet to find any blemish on it. It was missing the USB cable when it was delivered though, so I emailed the support team and I had a brand new cable on my doorstep the next afternoon. Talk about service. I will continue to purchase all of our future PA items through zZounds. I've referred many people to this site. The mixer itself is incredible. We have so much more flexibility because of the quality of this mixer. We were using a Yamaha mixer before, and this takes our sound to a new level. The Monitor mix is great, especially since it has 2 monitor sends that we can use for our 2 separate In-Ear systems. I have not tried out recording with it yet, but I will be soon. We are hoping to use it to record practices and live shows as well. I'll be sticking with Mackie from now on.
