The JBL PRX618S Subwoofer offers compact, powerful performance fitting an 18 inch subwoofer in an enclosure close to the size of a typical 15 inch sub. The perfect compliment to PRX600 full-range mains, the PRX618S utilizes a pole receptacle on the top panel and integrated stereo pass-thru, with selectable HP filter. Add a couple PRX612M or PRX615M powered loudspeakers and you get a highly transportable, high performance subs/satellite system. A polarity reverse options allows you to integrate this 18 inch sub with any set of tops.

I am a mobile DJ and I have owned several subwoofers this one is definitely a keeper. I use it with a set of the JBL 515XT EONS and they really hold down the bottom end. I recently used the this sub with 2 sets of EON's to do background music and then dance music for 740 people and the sound was outstanding. The flexibility of using the high pass filter or straight thru is great. Most of all the compact size and weight (70 pounds) can't be beat. The bass is tight and deep.
