PowerDirector software looks real nice and professional but after installing drivers can't get the video 2pc to recognize my video equipment. Spent hours trying to resolve the problem with no luck. Have now been sitting on phone for over 1/2 hour waiting for tech support to answer my call & give me help. This product is not for beginners!!!
