Only wanted to scan slides. Every slide came out looking fine but the frame was cut off 15-20% in the horizontal. Seemed to capture everything in the vertical. A slide with a group of people had one guy cut off completely and one on the other side half cut off compared to the original slide. Contacted the company, they said there is no adjustment. Returned it to the store where purchased and demonstrated it to the manager. Got another one off the shelf - did the same thing. Manager is considering selling the product at half price and not re-stocking.
